Create an email address
- Log into your CWPanel (How to login to CWPanel).
- Select Email Accounts from the CWPanel main menu
- Select Email Account from the sub menu
- Click the Add a New Mailbox button
Mail Settings secure SSL/TLS
Most modern mail clients (eg: Outlook or MacMail) are able to auto sense your mail settings and only require your email address and password during set up. Should your mail client require additional mail settings please see the below information.
- Username: Your Email Address
- Incoming Server: mail.yourdomainname.suffix
- IMAP port: 993
- POP3 port: 995
- Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomainname.suffix
- SMTP port: 465
Mail Settings Non-SSL (not recommended)
- Username: Your Email Address
- Incoming Server: mail.yourdomainname.suffix
- IMAP port: 143
- POP3 port: 110
- Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomainname.suffix
- SMTP port: 25
Webmail Client
If you need to access your email when you are away from your personal devices you can login to your webmail client on any computer with internet access.
- URL: yourdomainname.suffix/webmail/
- Enter your email username and password
