6.2 By subscribing to 6Sense Web Solutions product and service ongoing plans you are consenting for 6Sense Web Solutions to charge you the associated recurring fee as set out on the 6Sense Web Solutions website until such time that the product or service is cancelled.
6.3 6Sense Web Solutions products and service are subject to price rises. In the event of a price rise 6Sense Web Solutions will notify you in wrinting no less than 14 days before the price change takes effect. By opting to retain your 6Sense Web Solutions products and services you will be agreeing to be charged the new and ongoing rates.
6.4 6 Sense Web Solutions products and services can only be cancelled via your 6Sense Web Solutions account page or by making a cancellation request in writing to 6 Sense Web Solutions.
6.5 Should you request cancellation of a 6Sense Web Solutions product or service midway through a billing period your 6Sense Web Solutions product or service will be scheduled to be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
6.6 6Sense Web Solutions products and services that are pending cancellation remain active up until the end of the current billing period date and no refunds or credits will be provided by 6Sense Web Solutions in this event.
6.7 It is your responsability to ensure there is a current and viable payment option linked to your 6Sense Web Solutions account. If you fail to provide a viable payment option for the charges applicable to your 6Sense Web Solutions products and services they may be suspended or terminated by 6Sense Web Solutions without notification.
7. Governing Law
7.1 The laws of the State of Victoria, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions and any agreement formed under them. You and 6Sense Web Solutions irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
